I removed it by stretching my foreskin backward .it was really a tough task but the main problem is that my penis is still paining .I don't know whether it is because of i attached it too much or else that moisturiser is still stucked very deep inside

I dont know WHERE you got this information as girls/women do NOT have nor get Smeggy. Smegma is a boy/man's body's way of saying, "You are not clean, go take a shower you dirty little thing you!" All teasing aside, Smegma is NOT a disease, it is DIRT, DEAD SKIN, and just GROSS particles. You havent been washing correctly, and trust me it WILL smell, and yes WE females can smell it if you are not showering and cleaning it daily. Here is all you need to NOT GET a build up:

1) Get into a shower daily
2) Grip your penis and slide the foreskin back/down however you feel comfy
3) WASH carefully.
Thats it. This isnt something to catch or give. Its just being unclean. If you are clean and have a healthy sex life, make sure you keep your equipment clean as you COULD end up creating a situation where you CAN pass an infection to your partner. Most likely Yeast Infecting or for you its Jock Itch.

Ok that post you replied to isn't all correct as in smegma isn't something you can catch but you also need to get your facts straight as young females especially can get smegma build up between there labia and around the clitoral area if they don't wash properly, it isn't just something that boys/men can get.

Well, it tends to not matter that much about how much pressure you put on it (unless its extreme) clean it with a bowl of warm soapy water if possible.
