Hi, rather than rubbing it when you wash to get it of try just letting it soak for a while in warm water and that should help soften it up, when you say you have problems dragging your foreskin back do you mean because its tight?
The more you can keep your foreskin pulled back all the time the less sensitive your penis head will be.

hey I m also facing same problem I have been suffering these problem when I was in 7 class hence all these happen beacause of night falls I consider . moreover, I am afriad of these smegma I have read all replys and opinions & problem of the suffers hence I m also suffring the same situation and I m afriad of smegma any advice on it plzzz help memay I contact my doctor or not plzzz rply vry soon . a pity boy.

hi, I have said how to deal with Smegma in other posts and will say again, just carefully pull your foreskin back and gently was it off with water (best done when you take a bath as you can let it soak) another way is when you need to pee just pinch the end of the foreskin shut then start to pee so your foreskin balloons out then hold it for a short while then release and let the pee out, urine is sterile so it won't cause any infection or anything, just do this when you can until you can see that the Smegma has gone :-)
