Okay ladies, I came here looking for an answer to. I did some research. They are described as white smooth bumps ? Am I right? It's on the inner part of your vaginal lip. You can feel them and they are smooth. They aren't dangerous if they don't hurt. However they are called retention or sebaceous cysts. They aren't harmful. If you want you can pop them. They will pop like pimples. Some may be deep but it's okay. Over time they could possibly disappear but most likely won't. If you don't want them there pop them. They are very common in women down in that area and in that spot. It's nothing serious if they don't itch or hurt.
