I had unprotected sex with my ex on 14 December
Took morning after pill on 15 December
Had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on 16 and 17 September

It could be either. You will need a DNA test.
Timing wise you were near/at your peak fertility.
The morning after pill is NOT as effective as a daily pill or condom. It also provides no "lasting" protection.

Is the a chance that the pill worked for the mistake that happened on the 14th? Took the pill on the morning of the 15th Dec.
