Hello everyone. Have you ever heard about Anita Revel? She is an Australian author and a columnist for United Press International. I am following this site that promotes feminism and her picture came up. She created a diet called The goddess diet. Have any of you tried this diet?
What is this about? How is this woman related to feminism anyway? And why is this diet called The goddess diet? What does that mean? It sounds interesting and I saw a couple of women commenting they are very satisfied with it, they followed it and achieved losing their weight pretty fast.

She is a feminist, but not crazy, extreme one- a normal one.
She judges all the unhealthy ways which women choose in order to lose their pounds.
She believes the connection between body, mind and spirit is very important if you want to look good. That’s why she wants women to love their body. To have self esteem. She says that if you disrespect your body it will stop co-operating. It is essential to love your body if you want to feel good in it.
The women also need to find their inner goddesses. That is a phrase people often use to denote the feminine aspect of a woman's psyche. That is where the name of the diet came from.

Yes, I ‘ve heard of her. I didn’t try the diet but I heard it is supposed to be good.
The name has several meanings. This diet will help you to release your inner goddess. And also after following it you will be able to see her in the mirror.
The inner goddess is claimed to be beautiful, sassy, intuitive and lovable. She is also someone who:
Is proud of herself
Is comfortable in her own skin
Celebrates her physical body and her connection to Earth and to humanity
Clearly knows what she wants and what is right for her
etc.
