Why do I have to belch every time after I finish eating or drinking something? I rarely drink pop, I chew my food well, and I never drink while I'm eating, so I don't know why I'm having this problem. What do you think I should do? What do think is causing this?

My partners the same (it annoys me) but i think its because he dosent breath through his nose. An when he eats he takes in to much air.
Do you eat with your mouth open?
My partner gulps while drinking too, I can hear him. he dosnt seem to have a rhythm in eating an drinking.
I think its his sinuses blocked.
Also i think its now a habit too.

i think it might (and im no where near an expert just offering an opinion)
be something to do with your diet i know some foods can cause flatchelance and things like that but it may also be a thing similar to lactose intollerance ( i mean similar as in you may be allergic to something in foods that you eat that would be commonly used) because my friend is and when he eats dairy he gets gassy
