Hey there, I am a 22 year old and I have this thing... Where I have the urge to pee or the feeling that I have peed myself, but when I check I am completely dry. I notice this feeling when I am anxious more than anything. I don't know what to do. I have seen a doctor who has referred me to counseling so I hope this works in my favour. Just wanted to know if anyone else has suffered something similar and what they have done to coupe. I am not couping so well since the Covid-19 lockdown. This thing is affecting my work life and my social life. Asking for some advice :D
