I am having trouble quitting the use of pot and drugs and alcohol. I have quit pot for 3 weeks but still desire to drink beer daily and take pills ( valium, xanax or opiods). I need a job and will have to pass a drug screen. I want to quit all chemical addictions but am having trouble doing it. My girlfriend still want to party and doesnt want to quit with me. Will this distract my recovery efforts?
I think you may need some help getting off multiple addictions. their are quite a few places that will help you do it the right way. As for your girlfriend, if she continues with that lifestyle,it will most definitely be a major distraction! Good luck and God bless
