OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! Is all I can say!!

I started on my little "journey" on friday the 3rd. Whata trip it has been already. I went into this whole thing blind to what these drugs could do to me. My Dr prescribed me Norco 10 6 x's a day, right from the get go. Of course I had heard of loratab and vicodin, but never norco. ( from a very small country community). Have been on for 3 yrs.

Anyways, what a terrible thing it is to  go through withdrawels, and NO ONE wants to help. I am so weak right nnow I can barely type, the first night was the worst. My husband got me restless leg syndrome meds that are otc which helped tremendously. Lots of hot baths , tylenol, and sleep. he also got me a grape drink mix that is supposed to give you energy, which so far is helping I guess because I can at least sit up in bed.

some people say exercise and all that is great, which is good for them, but not me. i can't move!!!! Any help on what to do for energy?

Try a sauna, it helps sweat the toxins out

you said no one wants to help.....what does this mean?? what day are you in now?? as far as the energy thing goes are you going cold turkey?? or are you tapering. I'm on my second week and of course the first week was HELL I started taking vitamins to help with the day of not wanting to do a damm thing, it will take a week for these vitamins to get into your system.

L-Tyrosine, super B-Complex Daily Vitamin B-12, B-6, Magnesium, Vitamin -D, Fish oil 1200 mg w/360 mg omega-3,

I know it's alot but my second week is 20 times better than week 1.

I am also taking 1 tramadol 4 times daily for tapering down.

All these vitamins have a purpose like nerves clensing your blood cells. ect. I could go on forever, so if you have any ?'s please write. Good Luck ............OH!!!! mid afternoon take a 5 hour energy drink you will feel it
