A report from Amsterdam has arrived that the world’s oldest person had died at the age of 115. Hendrikje van Andel-Schipper was born on June 29, 1890, and she weighted only 3 pounds when she was born. Who would have thought that such a small person will live up to the age of 115?
Hennie was a needlework teacher who married a tax inspector in the 1930s. They had no children and she became a widow after 2o years of marriage. Until her 106 birthday, she lived alone in her apartment in the northern Dutch town of Hoogeveen. Then she moved to a nursing home where she lived until her death.
This Ajax Amsterdam fan told journalists on her 114th birthday that she eats a herring every day and drinks a glass of orange juice for the vitamins. She died peacefully in her sleep.
According to the Guinness World Records, the record for the longest life is held by French woman Jeanne-Louise Calment who died aged 122 back in 1997.

Over time, pillows can accumulate fungi, bacteria, dead skin cells, sweat, dust mites, and other allergens. One study published in the journal Allergy found that synthetic pillows, in particular, can contain millions of fungal spores, including Aspergillus fumigatus, a common fungus that can be dangerous for people with weakened immune systems or asthma.
