10 weeks pregnancy. Scan report shows yolk sac found but fh?. Now i confused. No bleeding still now. How i feel about that?

I'm not clear on fh? Not all facilities use the same abbreviations. I assume it means fetal heartbeat.
If so, it should be detectable by about 6 weeks.
Check with your doctor to find out EXACTLY what they mean.
