Hi. I am 20 years old and I has big problems with overweight. I don’t how to explain this but this problem made me very insecure and even depressed. Strange thing is that even after I have reduced weight to normal limits, my depression is still present.
I have used some diets but my parents are not so thrilled with the idea that I should use them considering the fact that I'm so young not even mentioning use of antidepressants.
But, I have read in some magazine that there is one diet that beside the effect on weight has also an antidepression effect.
The diet is called Zotril. What should I know about it?

Well, my wife has been using it and I can say that all the things you have read about it are true.
I could say that quick review of the ingredients doesn't reveal anything revolutionary but the effect really is.
Zotrin (Zotril) contains Passionflower extract which has anti-stress and anti-anxiety agents in it. It has also about 20 herbs more in it.
Beside this antidepression effect it delays gastric emptying and reduces the time to perceived fullness.
The bottom line is that Zotrin is pretty much a variety of herbs with laxative and antidepressive effect and I feel obligated to say but a couple of them are proven to have an aphrodisiac effect.
