Have you any tips to help with plantars fascitis (probably wrong spelling but I hope you know what I mean on) that I’ve been suffering from for 3 months. I tried several treatments but with no results… Thanks.

Well, you were right about spelling but you were very close – it is called plantars fasciitis. I know that this is an extremely uncomfortable condition and you really have my sympathy. Generally, it is very good idea to start managing it early before it goes worse. Here is what you can do about it. First purchase a soft insole for your shoe. This should cushion the painful area and prevent any further damage. From “oral” medication you can’t use too much – maybe some non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen can help you. Also, local massage can also help a. Have you seen your GP about it?? If you haven’t and these treatments I’ve mentioned do not help, I think you’ll need to see your GP.

Perhaps you didnt notice but this gentleman was complaining of plantars fasciitis on his testicles not his feet. He probably meant his scrotum but with that in mind, your response was pretty funny.

Just so you know I have a plantars wart on the bottom of my foot that is being treated by a podiatrist. FYI plantars warts only grow on the bottom of feet in soft tissue. They can not grow anywhere but on the feet per the podiatrist. They are a virus that usually require medical treatment. Signs that you have one is pain when walking, a hard or raised area that interrupts the footprint pattern. Seriously your problem could be anything from heat rash to std, you really need to consult a physician.
