Ignor that 'fat basicly' remark, at 13 your penis is not too bad, it should get larger by the time you are 14, about 3 flat and 5 inches hard, if not by 14, at least by 15.

I did notice when I was at school the fatter boys tended to have smaller penises than the other lads who were not so fat, perhaps its just a coincidence that naturally fatter men and boys don't have large penises, in fact fat men have small ones, of course there are exceptions to any rule and you may be fat and have a 8 incher.

What I observed at school and what I have read on all these sites regarding penis size is quite different, at school I only saw a few boys of various heights and proportions, fat boys did indeed have small penises and taller boys seemed to have larger ones, however that was only for a short time roundabout the time I was 14 and only a small sample. Here on the Internet there are much more guys saying they are either big or small and NO trend seems to occur. I do think that some boys do exaggerate the size and even tell lies on how big they are, I don't think a boy would tell a lie regarding how small his penis is. There is one trend that does seem to occur that is those boys who are circumcised wish they were not but of course cannot do anything about that. The origins of boys at birth being circumcised goes way back thousands of years, this was to stop them masturbating but of course boys can still do that irrespective of the size of their penis.

Well I am 58 years old and my penis might be 1 inch or less? And on hard maybe 2 inches! I've always hated it! But I found a good girl and it didn't seam to bother her and we had three kids, the first one was a boy but was stil borned then we had two healthy Girls that are Beautiful now one is 33 and o e is 28!! Hi guest, if your having trouble with your foreskin being to tight so it affecting the stream when you pee it's not to late even at your age to gently start to stretch it so it will retract, get yourself some baby oil and massage into your penis skin foreskin and shaft mornings and nights or even get your wife to do it for you for added pleasure for about a week then when you take a bath/shower gently start to pull your foreskin back just to the point where it's starting to stretch but not causing pain and hold it there for a minute or two, repeat this several times if possible a couple times a day and also keep rubbing the oil into it. It's a slow process but you should see results of youth foreskin retracting further back in about 4 weeks of continuously doing this.
