id see a dr but sometimes guys just have smaller penises. I have a friend who is only an inch and a half when hes hard. Dont sweat that too much. im 17 years old with the same problem as yours I have barley 1inch non erect and less than 3 inch erect found out this when I was 16 years old I try 2 doctors who ignore and said the size of your penis is ok bad f*****g doctors now at 17 years old I try again go to doctor to check my micropenis my penis didn't grow from age 6 I suggest you to go to a doctor maybe there is a chance for you and me get a hormonal treatment if we don't try we will never no I think that it too late for us but it worth trying we don't have nothing to lose if we try in 17 years old have a treatment for micropenis I hope you and me will have treatment that will steel help our penis grow best wishes david
