My son tries to scratch his anus EVERY TIME I change his diaper, even when he has no diaper rash going on. He really digs and it's a battle every time to keep his hand away. I use different products including some steroids which help temporarily but nothing eliminates it. I figure it musy be something he's eating but his diet is pretty simple and he's been doing it forever. Any ideas?
