Hello readers,
Hope u can help me. I have so so SO many problems withe me, its really hard to remain sane.
Ok, so i used to have and iron defficiency, my haemoglboin level is ok now...shown by a recent blood test. However, i dont think ive got back my natural skin colour (my natural skin colour is also pretty pale)
I suffer from mild fatigue. I get tired easily.
I cannot concentrate on a task for long and my memory is real bad too. My friends would say im always confused. This has been going on for a year now.
I am very stressed out, what with exams and everything.
My hair has gone blacker than usual. Im losing a lot of hair...its real scary! Yes, it could be due to stress. But also, my scalp is very dry and flaky.
Whenever i put lotion on, i get an itchy sensation...does this make me allergic? I've tried using mild lotions but have had no difference in reaction.

I havent even got started on my problems yet.

I suffer back pains too. I carry a heavy bag on my arm but this is absolutely necessary as i am a student and need a lot of books with me (I dont wanna fail my exams)

I always seem to have a cold; always sniffing and sneezing. In England its always cold. No fair! I always seem to feel colder than other people, too.

I get headaches sometimes...once a week...roughly. In the evenings. Also, this is sometimes accompanied with feelings of nausea. However, i never usually throw up.

I get watery stools in the mornings, as soon as i wake up..which is usually 8.00-ish.

My eyes are always tired too, i think i should have mentioned this earlier..but never mind. Oh, and also, my skins really itchy and irritable, my doc says this maybe cause of me wearing synthetic fibres.

My GP advised me to have a chest x ray so i had one taken the other day. Just waiting for the results. This is because from the blood test, i mentioned this earlier, my GP found that my HB level n folic acid level is fine BUT i have high levels of neutrophil...so im guessing my body's tryin to fight infection...parasites or something. Anyway, he found this on my old blood test too. It's hard to talk to my GP about anything as he has a strong accent and doesn't explain much. Hes always in a hurry too.

Maybe i should tell u my diet....
I eat a few fruits daily.
I drink only a glass of water and maybe another drink in a day
I have a lot of chocolate
I have home-cooked indian food for dinner (rice n veg normally)
I dont have much fish.
I have chips from outside once a week maybe.
I dont eat much in a day as im usually busy.

Im 5"2 and 6 1/2 stones. Is this ok weight for my heaight? :?

I'm only 17 years old....actually 18 in 2 weeks.

Help! Do i have some sort of disease? :(
Just read through what i've typed.

SORRY ABOUT ALL THE GRAMMAR AND SPELLING MISTAKES.

I'm just really tired right now. It's the end of a long day.

Please, offer advice. :-(
