My 10 yr old son is uncircumcised. The foreskin has small lesions on it. He is also saying it painful. I asked him to pull the skin all the way back but he said he hurts too bad. It looks like it may have some pus coming from it but it doesn't have an odor. Last week his leg had swell at school and I wonder if its related to this issue.

I don't know what this is but I strongly suggest that he see a doctor. It may be an infection ant the longer you leave it the worse it will get
