11 weeks pregnant and bleeding.

Hello there, I am 11 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I had a light bright red bleed yesterday, it was only there for an hour or so, but there is still brown when I wipe. There were some very tiny clots, no pain and I saw my dr yesterday who seemed very unfussed by it didn't recommend an ultrasound. I still have pregnancy symptoms such as morning sickness. But Am wondering what this blood could be? Thank you
