If your 5 7" you dont need to be 130. trust me. And there is no way possible to loose 50 pounds in three months. Im 13 too and im trying to loose weight this summer. I dont eat any junk and eat light meals. After a week or so i didnt even want junk food! I also take horseback riding which helps alot also. I dont think microwave diets work so dont try them besides were way too young for that. I just eat right and stay active.

Hi I'm Kadie, I'm 13 years old and i'm 10 stone !!! Because of this i get very paranoid by thinking people are talking about me 24-7, when tbh they probebly arn't. My Ideal Weight would be 8 stone but ive tried almost everything to lose the 2 stone, but i just can't,. It really upsets me because it knocks my confidence alot. I am 22 and i want to put weight ?.. I think it not a big deal to loose weight ! The Key amount of food, sleep,and activity ! I weight less because i get very little sleep .. only 4 - 5 hr I have insomnia .. Because of this you dont feel like eating or hungry .. so sleep good , i mean 6 hr max ! i iam not telling you not to eat you eat but fruits and vegetable ...no meat , no carbohydrate, And eat fruits And that set!! try this ..

i no because i am over weight also.
but here are some tips to maybe help.
eat smaller portions of healthy foods.
yeah well what if im still hungery
if that is the case put the food to the side,because you have to resist it
2nd try eating a limited amount of meals
make sure you eat breakfast for sure.but instead of pancakes and bacon
maybe a bagel or even more better fruit or veggie.
3rd go on a food shopping spree and get all healthy things
if u really want to lose weight try some of these things but not
just for a week or to do it till youve adapted it the routine,

For all 13 and over weight. ... First of all I'm 15.. but I no how it feels to be chubby.. I used to be really chubby but to lose weight all the did was eat only twice a day... In the morning and in the afternoon.. Don't eat after 6 in the afternoon. And only eat to where you are FULL NOT STUFFED. and after you eat go do something like clean your room or go out.
