Okay your just like me!! 13 about 186 pounds, in 8th grade, well excersice, eat healthy I am working on mine too do small walks then start doing running, do sit ups push ups and just incresse musle and cardo really you can do It and your not alone there are houndres of girl over weigh like us!!

8-| I'm 13 and I lost weight. I am now 100 pounds. all you have to do is look at the foods you regularly eat and make them healthier. exercise run or walk it will help more than you think! Drink water and less soda.Being 13 its hard to do a diet because of our parents just take more veggies at the table instead of more meat. Eat healthier rather than ice cream. I know this sounds crazy but don't eat dessert every night if so make it a snack like fruit. this will get you down in weight. it might be slow or fast for some but it is healthy and safe just try to stear always from those unhealthy cravings trust me you can do it!

hey i am 13 and i weigh 183, i am 5'0 even, and i need desprite help, today is 7/3/2012 and by next summer i want to be able to were a bikini, i run everyday but i cant stop eating, i dont eat breakfast, i somtimes only eat dinner, i just wish to be skinny my dad isnt a good person and i take after him, i am BIG boned i have VERY thick bones, how can i do this, S.O.S!!!

this is a bit late but yeah! im 13 and weight 7stone3lbs!!! all the other girls at my sckool in my year weigh 5stone and i never tell them my weight. i used to be even bigger and have lost weight but im still fat! the way i did it was: every morning id skip breakfast and at break id have a bannana then at lunch id have a sandwich then for dinner id have the same as my fat family but have loads of salad! it helps being in high skool coz then u have to walk around the big skool and if u have a chance to walk to ur skool do coz that helps too! i dont walk to skool coz its like 4 miles away but i get off the bus a few stops before for excersize! but make sure u dont carried away with the fruit n veg coz if u have more than 5 of ur 5 a day u can put on weight! (remember 1 of ur 5 a day is 80grams of fruit or veg!)
