Hi,im a 14 year old male and for like 5 months my heart has been beating fast.i used to skateboard but not anymore the heart beat started when we moved and I wasn't active any more I play video games and don't exercise because I'm scared ill go into cardiac arrest

Try to relax and not focus on it. Have someone else measure it for you.
It would be UNLIKELY for you to have any cardiac issues at 14, unless you have a prior history.
Well there's no heart disease in my fAmily also I have anxiety but when this happens I'm not anxious it happens when I walk or get up from setting
