Hi, I'm a 17 year old girl, I'm 5'2'' and I weigh 140. I absolutely hate the way I look and I want to lose weight. I want to trim down my thighs get my stomach flat, and get rid of my love handles. What is the best way to do all of this? I don't belong to a gym and my mom can't afford a membership for us right now. I have 3 brothers, so buying only specific foods is not an option. Please help!

well what i do and it worked is in the morning eat brown toast or rusk with cheese and salad or cucumber.
lunch no rice or pasta, if you have to then just a SMALL bowl :-) with a lot of salad and not much oil in the salad and no dressing except for vinager, lemon if you like. no mustard no ketchup.
you have to walk a bit, do some abs at home or join the gym would be better and more efficient and faster.
diner just cheese with cucumber.
the snacks are a must and they should be one fruit between each meal. 2 hours apart or less.

I honestly look you are okay, I am 12 5'3 and I weigh 165 pounds. I have a big belly, big boobs and a double chin but I have huge muscles in my legs and arms because I am a cheerleader. I would like to at least get rid of my belly though. Any suggestions? I have 4 brothers and a sister who are all older than me so I cant buy "healthy food" all my siblings weigh less than me though. My brothers are 14,16,17 and 19 and my sister is 15.
