Hello there, Im a 20 years old girl. My problem is that Im very ashamed of my weight. Im too slim and look 16 instead of 20. Thats rea.lly kills me and makes me feel sad and strange infront of others :( its even quite hard for me to get clothes of my size. I want to gain some weight to be physically and mentally fit, please do help me out give some suggestions. I take vitamin and eat regularly but its of no use Im still very slim. Help me. Thanks!
