For 25 years I have had unexplained pains that far exceed the "pain scale". In both hands and entire arms, then in both feet, legs, back, neck. Pains ranging from numbness to tingeling to electic shocks, stabbing, crushing pain as if being smashed by a sledge hammer. I am right handed but have had to learn to use my left hand when my right hand would give out, loose grip etc. My left hand "gimps" it contorts and I loose grip with both hands. These pains come and go regardless of the time of year. They are unpredictable.
I have worked very hard physically most of my life. I wonder if it's from that. Or having been exposed to agricultural toxic chemicals at work. Or having been frost bit repeatedly to points where I'm lucky to still have my fingers and toes, much less my life.
I am not diabetic. Only in the last 5 or 7 years have I agreed to take doctor meds, sideeffects with everything. Now I only take an antidepressant because the pain pills complicate my system while I am trying to heal from corotid aneurysm.
It could be Lyme Disease (and/or other TBD-tick-borne-diseases). My hand (and foot, too) contorts by itself, and I get stabbing/electric shock pains and this is the cause for me.

When Lyme Disease is left untreated the symptoms become very neurological. Symptoms that come and go (no rhyme nor reason), migrating pain (shoulder pain one day, ankle pain the next, then a migraine the next day, for example) this all points to Lyme Disease.
