My husband is 77 years old and has been diagnosis with UIP. He is on oxygen most of the time, sometimes he can go without when just sitting, other times not. I have noticed fatigue and he doesn't eat as much as before. Has lost 8 pounds in 2 months. Doctor has him on Esbriet does this help wit UIP. I know he is concern with his life expectancy. Can you help him with this .
