There is diet plan, called 8 minutes in the morning. It’s gain is to express the long run of healthy dieting. But I don’t think that 8 minutes daily can help anyone with a high body mass index. But I guess the message the 8 minutes daily is sending is positive- think about your body every day and on the long run and you will succeed. However, I wouldn’t buy this plan. It’s too promising. I don’t buy that- 8 minutes exercise in the morning and you will look like a model?! Oh, come on…
