And i'm also having a slight fever, i think the cut is infected.
should i treat it myself or should i go to the hospital? should i be worried?

The cut stinging is from the ammonia in your urine, this is normal, but if you are still bleeding everytime you urinate it could be something else and I recommend you see a doctor, although you should give it a day or 2 because you did cut yourself, give a chance to heal and if you are still urinating blood after 2 days, seek medical attention.

For the life of me, though, I can't figure out how you could have cut the INSIDE of your penis from masturbating... But - I bet stranger things have happened!

but i'm worried that lower abdominal pain and lower back pain might be placebo effect cause I only started noticing only after reading the article on Pyelonephritis symptoms.

Hi, I know this thread was posted about a year ago (and you might not see this), but what exactly was the outcome, and if it was a cut, how did you heal it? I believe I have come across the same process and feel too embarrassed to ask my parents to go to the doctor. Any prescriptions would be much appreciated (especially over the counter), unless it was necessary to see a doctor and go through a certain process.
If it swells and is painful after a couple days or if you notice any visible change in shape or colour go to doctors. If not and it feels normal then you should be all OK. the embarrassment is better than the other outcome. And obviously be gentle and don't be having sex for a couple days afterwards if you are planning to.
