A perineum cut is back again! is this possible?

I made out with my boyfriend a few months ago .. and on the very same day i observed few blood spots on my panties.. i visited a dr. then and she told me that its a perineum cut, she gave me antibiotics and local cream to apply. I healed in 2 weeks, she checked it and said that its completely healed and that it wouldnt need any stetches. I asked if it would return bak again and she answered not. I havent even touched a guy since then! S .. Yesterday i looked at it in the mirror and it looked fine, i couldnt see any cuts. I rubbed a tissue onto it , and a very tiny blood spots appeared on the tissue, spots i can hardly see! :S but the thing is what is the source of blood??!! :S is it openin up again??!! :S ... But it doesn make sense to have perineum cuts again from no where.. isnt it? HELP! plz am confused!! :S:S
NB: i tried rubbin a tissue onto the perineum again, and no blood spots appeared on it!! ..
