A semi-big pimple on my penis

1. Why the pimples on my genital area bigger than on my face?
Good question, right? Well, the answer is simple. The skin on that area is more flexible than on the face. That's why they get bigger.
2. What is a pimple/zit?
It is gland that is blocked by sweat and filth. Under the gland there is usually a hair but when it is blocked other fluids and sweat mix and create essentially poison that we refer to as puss. More and more are created and that way the pressure inside increases. That is how it gets bigger. Similar to a volcano. When there is too much pressure it must ne released and therefore it pops. At that point you need to get all the excess puss out.
3. It looks so gross! What do I do?
After you are done leave your body to heal itself. You should apply some disinfectant.
4. What if it fills up again?
That means that you haven't completed the job. The second time you should try to get everything out. Position your fingers differently each time.

Dude at the moment i have 2 of them. In my penis i had like 20, i had another one in my nose and one in my ear. The ones on the penis just wait till they are a little wait and apply pressure. Today i will try the Clerasil sh*t and i tell you if it worked

hello, i hawe one big pimple on my penis skinn and i read all topic and removed pimple with clean fingernails. There was a blood, i thought thats normal, but after one day, the pimple was smaller but scar apiered. A lot of tiny spots white broke out on my all body, from time to time i felt cold in my body(as i am sick). I thing that is syphilis. I read all about this sympthoms. I am 18yeras old.  i masturbated 2-3 times a week, but i didt had any sex befor, in my life. I am afraid to go to doctor, or tell my parients. Is that realy  syphilis? or other problem?
