I'm 29. I have the worst pimple ever on my wang right now. When I first got it I tried to pop it and it f'ed everything up. Thing thing grew out of control. I didn't touch it for 3 days and just let it grow. Finally I couldn't take the pain anymore, lifted up my bandade and saw that it was leaking puss. I squeezed it very gently for about 10 minutes and you would not believe how much puss came out.

I got immediate relief.

These things are called "boils" and they are a minor infection under the skin. Yes, they hurt very badly. Yes, they will go away on their own. If you can't wait for that to happen naturally, lance it (that is, open the center of the lump) and squeeze out the infected material. You'll probably want to lie down while you do this because it can be painful enough to make you pass out.You can prevent these quite easily: Wash more frequently down there with antibacterial soap. This will keep the germs from penetrating the skin and causing these localized infections.

I know this post is over a year ago but I have a big pimple like thing right at the end of my penis where it meets my ball sack and it hurts a little bit and I can't pop it at all. I have tried many times and I got a little tiny tiny bit of pus but it won't go away. It used to be small and I wasn't worried but in the past week or two it grew from pencil tip size to pencil eraser size any help on what to do other than doctor because I don't want to tell my parents to take me to the doctor cause I have a pimple on my nuts. And btw I'm 15 never had sex

hi im 26 years old and for the first time ever i got a pimple on the shaft of my penis as well, at first i was a afraid it was cancer but i checked everything else down stairs and theirs no other pimples or bumps of any kind...just lots of hair...any case i'm going to try the antibiotic and band aid trick and see if that works
