I had a similar problem, not with two of them, but with one, the zit got huge and so I popped it, some pss cam out, and then I pressed a bit harder, and it looked like a freaking seed came out. I puked in my mouth, squeezed out the rest of the pus and now there's a hole in my wang. It hurts.

mine started off as a pimple, then it got really itchy! I finally discovered it, and i squeezed it and first puss came out and then blood. Ive had them and taken care of them. It will hurt A LOT, but tough it out and squeeze it at the right angle until it pops like a zit and clean yourself afterwards and it'll be completley gone in just a few days. Hope this helped lol

If anyone is still wondering, I'm 15 and I've been having this problem for a bit. They DO go away after a while. DON'T jerk off or have sex, and DO NOT cut it open or pop it. After it gets bigger, the skin on the top somehow deteriorates, and you can just peel it right off and all the puss will come right out with no blood. I had one like 3 months ago, and now for some reason have another. I will probably talk to my doctor on how to prevent them. Warm compresses and a 500mg Tumeric capsule per day helps get rid of it within a week.

just pop it itll hurt alot but squeeze all the blood out then clean it real well it should clear up the next day or two

 

i have little tiny black heads on my penis they dont hurt or anything i wash my penis and squeeze them out and put athlete foot cream are they pimples or warts and how to close the pore
