I have had 2 small bumps on my penis for a few weeks now and one seems to have gotten bigger and turned white and it literally looks like a white head. I tried to pop it but it won't pop and it is sensitive to pain and since it won't pop, I feel like it's not a pimple even though it literally looks exactly like one. I hope it isn't an std of any kind. Could someone give me some clarity
