I agree with bhagat. I suffered with a similar problem and tried steps given in this link. I know for sure that I had a similar problem i my childhood and my local aid has applied the same steps and had helped me revive in 10 mins.

I agree that you should see a gynocologist, but you should also get tested for Celiac Disease and other gastro disorders. If you don't have money or health insurance you can go to a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). They see patients on a sliding scale and they are wonderful. To find one near you, go to Hope this helps!

Since the birth of my last child 8 yrs ago I have had chronic pelvic/abdominale pain, fatigue, lower back pain, and bloating, along with constipation. So far they have done a partial historictamy. When I try to explain they put me on antidepressents and tell me that will make it go away. I am 30 years old with no energy to do much. I work 50 hours a week and chase three very active kids. But that has stopped cause moving around zaps everything from me. Doctars say it is all in my head, But it is our body adn you would think we know it better than they do. So 4 dr later I still dont have an answer since because of my age they do a pap and hand me pills, if you can find a dr to listen then maybe you can finally get an answer, but, most know more than we do good luck I know what it is like to be left in teh dark

The symptoms you describe, especially the pain and feeling of fulness sound like it could be an enlarged spleen. An enlarged spleen pushes on the stomach causing a feeling of fulness and creates a pain in the upper left hand side of your abdomen, just under the lower rib. Look into it, this could be a sign of blood issues. ??

CELIAC DISEASE.... aka Gluten Intolerance. I went for years with doctors giving me any and every kind of test imaginable and misdiagnosed coz they dont think of or know of CELIAC.. I went to an Alternative doc (Holistic) and took a simple blood test. Its a genetic disease.

You will need to go on a gluten free diet. Check the Internet for a celiac and you will find a wealth of info for your symtoms.

Means no wheat, barley or rye in foods. Hope this helps!

I have the same symptoms and am just starting the testing process. The only thing that makes me feel better is a heating pad with nothing on my lower abdomen area. I am going to go see a GI specialist because I think it has something to do with my intestine and digestive system. I feel worse when I can't go to the bathroom. I'm not hungry because I feel full but my stomach growls like it's not getting the food.

Hope you have had some relief and are healing well. If your diagnosis happens to be as I have suggested previously, the following videos may prove helpful (if you would like to go ahead and try healing it yourself):
hindu pushups
these pushups may be even more helpful if you can do them with your feet about
a foot off ground (on a sofa or chair) and your hands as in video, on the floor
hindu squats

Also, in controlling the diet, you may find yourself better if you AVOID: curd, rice, potatoes, anything fried and urad dal (i'd like to alcohol and cigarettes too to the list); and you must absolutely stay away from tea or coffee (which have tendency to cause gas/bloating with this conditions thereby making matters worse) . Also, until you find yourself healing avoid cold water, drink room temperature or preferably, lukewarm at all instances.

Of course, if you come across someone who knows how to cure it, you'll find yourself in much better shape soon enough. But to let balance restore, keep away from the above for two weeks to a month.

Wishing health and happiness

Hi All,

This problem is just due to shifting of your solar plexus from its exact location. Laydown, relax and then put your thumb in your naval point you should feel pulse at this point, if you don't feel pulse at your naval point, check where you can feel it. If you feel the pulse below your naval point you will suffer with Diarrhea if it has shifted upwards you will face indigestion problem and will also have pain in your chest.

Easy way to treat : Place a one rupee coin at your naval position and put a piece of camphor on it, light the camphor and cover it with a Glass (made of galss). Vaccum will be created in side the galss and your abdomen will be pulled to bring back the solar plexus to its exact location.

I Had similar symptoms, almost identical actually. I got a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, apparently IBS symptoms are linked with this as well. This was diagnosed years ago after they thought i had IBS. These days I feel that food allergies etc may be more of the problem. I have noticed flavor enhanced foods cause me grief, like noodles in a cup with flavoring, some chinese and japanese foods, chips, cheese balls chezzels etc and processed food. I have also noticed spicy items like curries or anything too rich is also a drama. I believe after years of trouble that food allergies are more than responsible for my gut problems, as well as joint aches, headaches and asthma. I guess as we get older we take the time to care for our bodies and take notice of what is going on. I believe a healthy diet of unprocessed foods and foods that have no enhancers or MSG will dramatically reduce symptoms. In my opinion and from my 15 years experience with it.

Beginning in 2005, i began wakin in the middle of the night with stomach pain and had to take antacids to stop the sharp pains. In 2009 I was suffering from severe constipation, bloating and pelvic pain where I couldn't walk. Visited the gastro; had all the tests done. Result, IBS. So I went on a search and via my own finding discovered I am lactose intolerant. Later a I had suspected discovered I have a gluten sensitivity via a wellness clinic. I suggest you visit an allergist or wellness clinic that will test you for food allergies. I have learned that most of the gastro issues we all have are food allergy related.

I think i have a virus with symptoms like this. Symptoms include the following – lightheadedness, abdominal cramping, chest pain from indigestion, indigestion, pain in right side rib cage area, air and bloating, gassy, stools from 1-4 times a day (the average being 2-3), body aches, joint aches, numbness in legs, vision seems a bit off, chills here and there, headaches, fatigue, feeling thirsty primarily afternoon through evening, and last but not least, right testicular pain (I am a man). Usually this starts off with frequent bowel movements and very frequent urination and indigestion. This will last about a day, then the frequent urination drops off. A few days of abdominal cramping and indigestion and frequent soft stools. The latter half is usually just fatigue, feeling out of it, very minor cramping if any. It can last 4 days to 3 weeks. Each time is different. I have been visiting the doctor and a GI and nothing so far. I know this is something going around hence we are all here. But what is it ?!?!? I took some antibiotics for 3 days called Rifaximin which seemed to really clear me up…. But it came back. Maybe I did not have enough antibiotics? I take probiotics daily, have been alternating both vegan and a vegetarian diet the entire time. My wife has it, I think my kids may have it but they are too young to really tell. It does not seem to be contagious.
