i need to be educated as i do not understand.sometime ago i fixed an iud[mirena],but had to remove it cos i was still bleeding abt 4 wks after.and each time i had sex while it was inside,oh my God,it was most painful so i removed it,and we basically rely on withdrawal method,But each time i am on top during intercourse,i experience severe ,sharp pain,which sometimes lasts till a day after.pls what could be the problem?

i married as a virgin,and never used to experience such pains at least not till recently,i have a 15 months old baby.
