I waited the full recovery time to post this. The first 3 weeks were very hard and I took Percocet daily to deal with the cramping and pain. Then I had 4 days of light bleeding which may have been a period.  I'm now 4 weeks out and I'm having no more pain or bleeding. I would say to give it time after your surgery. I had this done because I was on my period for 30 days and was losing so much blood I was severely anemic as well as having intense pain from the heavy flow and clots. This was the final option for me I've already had my tubes tied and birth control didn't work. My periods were out of control and I've been out of work for the last 6 weeks due to the intense pain I've been in and the amount I was bleeding but now I'm going back to work this week and I'm very happy I had this surgery done so far.  I was very skeptical and scared before but what you have to remember is that people that didn't have problems with the surgery likely just went on with their lives the people that have problems come to the internet and post about it.
