I am 49 years old female. I know that I’m due to menopause, but I experienced abnormal mentration during my last cycle. During last three month I had very irregular cycles. I felt very bad, had sickness and fever this time. Because of abnormal bleeding I was dizzy and my bp was low. I’m interested in if this was normal situation for a woman of my age? Were these signs of menopause?

Your ovaries may or may not release the egg, and your periods are irregular. I know how you feel. I lost my period 6 months ago. You should do fsh test to check your hormonal level.
