abortion

I just had a DNC last Wed., June 23rd. I am still bleeding. I do not have severe pain but am scared about scar tissue and future fertility. I was 3 months pregnant, had no idea because was on medication that made me nausaus and I took a negative preg test after throwing up. I was 13 weeks and had no time to decide but did it. I am scared and I am going crazy just sitting here and want to run adn exercise to get my mind healthy. How soon is too soon to exercise and what are the risks to teh uterus, cervix, most importantly to future fertility??? I certainly do not want ot CAUSE scar tissue or cause infertility in the future but I need to get up and move and exercise or my mind is goign to explode! I had to keep this a secret and am 31 years old. Please give me any advice that you have I'd appreciate it,. thank you.
