hey ive been on Marvelon28 for a year now and ive been with the same guy since 2009 when i started tacking my pills. my question is can marvelon28 causes lumps on the lips of the virgian because before i start tacking my pills there was none there and then 3 months after i start tacking them i notice so lumps and i thought oh well it cant be nothing serious and i never got it checked out and could it be shaving down there all the time too because i used to shave down there like everyday. but i never saw this lumps until i start to take the birth control and i went to my family doctor back in october 2010 and he prescribed me some ointment for it . it didnt really help and there last friday i went to the doctor and she told me that i got herpes and she said u can only catch that by having sex but i only had sex with the same guy for almost two years and he dont have this lumps so can it be this and i am his first he never had sex with anybody but me and he is perfectly fine. and i can remember when i first got on the pill using a condom and when me and my bf had sex and after it was done i told him man i got burning down there could it be the condom that start this hold thing and me and my bf had sex plenty of times when i had these things and he dont have any symonths on him. can you please help me

Hello, do you and your boyfriend always use condoms? if so, could it be an allergic reaction? When your doctor told you that you had herpes, did you get a prescription? if so, has it cleared up? Also, not to doubt your boyfriend just boys can just be carriers of diseases and not show any signs. Good luck.
