You missed the information that abs diet was written by men health’s editor David Zinczenko. It’s very simple written, and I would recommend it to everyone. It has very good idea about getting body to burn calories all the time, whether exercise or not. Diet sounds a bit like the protein power or the south beach diets, but I think it has more simplicity. I like that the diet offers plenty of variety, using 12 food groups. I like it, so you have my recommendation. Post again, after you read it.Bye.
