i have been a heavy cannabis smoker for the past 15 years and am now in the process of trying to quit i have gone four days without any and it is hard! its always been a big part of my life up until 3 years ago when i met my partner. i have had a few ups an downs along the way but it has started to become an issue in my relationship. my partner has stuck by me through a lot of this downward spiral that is my addiction to cannabis. my partner an i are at the stage in our life were we want to have children and are looking to eventually get married but my cannabis addiction is causing a major problem to the oint my partner is ready to call it a day because the cannabis addiction is causing mood swings shortness an serious anger problems. i really dont want to lose my partner over something that can be kicked to the kerb an left in my past but i am finding it such a problem if any one else has had these problems or is going through the same if you have any advice or methods of how to stay off cannabis please feel free to advise me. many thanks
This is exactly why we need to move to Medical Marijuana model here in the SF area. Its far from perfect, but you can't buy or use it without a card...and we need to get very tough about those cards. They shouldn't be given out without classes...same for alcohol...and all drugs you are prescribed...When was they last time you had a doc or pharmacist tell you the TRUTH about what you are putting in your body?
