dude u have to go to the gym and drink protein if u wanna get bigger thats what i do and im 14 and btw my growth hasnt frikkin stopped im actually 6'3 180 pounds and ive been goin to the gym for a year and been drinking protein and weight gainer for a year. i also use glutamine which doesnt make u sore and ur muscles grow stronger :]
Exspect to gain roughly 2 - 3 pounds per week ok, but be warned you may become a stranger to all you know if you take these products for lets say 3 months, gaining weight will also change your face, so let others know what you are about to do.
Good luck. - when you hit your 30's you will naturally gain weight any way.
in order for this stuff to work, you must work out. the proteins in the gainer will just go through you if they dont have anywhere to go. the calories are good though.
drink it twice a day (but do not exceed) and also work out often (i go 3 times a day). focus on different body muscles every workout before you hurt yourself and overwork those muscles.
also, sleep is a must when it comes to gaining weight and healthy muscle. your muscles need a time to rebuild and your body needs time to recharge, and sleep is where you will get that.
also a good tip that i heard that helps me gain weight, is just eat (healthy) until you cant anymore. always be full and youll see great changes.
If all you guys want to gain mass, you guy should look in to creatine!!
When I was 18 years old I tried a weight gainer and didn't achieve any results. Worked out 5 days a week using the Bigger Faster Stronger Program and still nothing. When I hit 23 and my metabolism slowed down I used GNC anabolic Weight gainer and went from 180lbs to 205 in a month and a half. My bench went from 185 to 255, squat 205 to 285. Got a little fat in the stomach area but finally gained the muscle mass I was looking for and I am 6"3' so weight has always been hard for me to gain. I would wait til your body slows down. Keep working out and building that strength though.
