I need some Advocare advice. Today is my 19th day and I haven't lost any weight at all. In fact, it seems that I'm gaining. I followed everything perfectly; eating very cleanly, taking MNS as instructed and exercise everyday. I drink the Spark everyday, and drink an incredible amount of water. I do feel better but I so wanted to lose weight. I have about 30lbs to lose.

Your body only absorbs 10-20% of pills!! Advocare also uses artificial flavors. Look up effects of artificial flavors! I found a product that is way...... Better! I'm sure a lot of ppl say that though! Lol

Exercise and eating properly will only go so far?? lol...You have been brain washed it seems.Show me a doctor who says this is a good product for your body over a long term period.

I also got itchy. It is from an overdose of Niacin in the advocare products

Advocare is a very great system and company if you want to lose weight. Im a person of great research because i hate to put myself in jeapordy. But i started advocare and it was great i lost weight i felt great, only bad thing was when i finished my challenge i slacked on the products so i was feeling like sh*t.

All you folks who are Adovcare distributers and just repeating what you've been told, really need to do some of your own independent research. About 80% of the claims made in these posts are just not true.  If taking Advocare or any other suppliment is helping you, then great, but making false claims is not only irresponsible but also dangerous.

I have been doing Advocare for about 14 days now. I did the cleanse and am now on the max phase. I walk at least 2 miles every day.  I have only lost 3 pounds in the time I have been taking the products BUT I have lost inches and my clothes are not fitting the same.  I love the products and feel great.  I put together a quart sized ziplock bag with each step for the day paper clipped with the appropriate supplements and a checklist so I would remember everything and have it all at hand and easy to take with me when I was out and about.  I have meal replacement shakes always on hand in case I don't have time to have a meal. My husband feels it is too expensive but with the way I feel, the clearer skin, better energy and just all around better feelings, I think it is worth it.  

Isagenix has you cleanse by eating NO SOLID FOODS FOR TWO DAYS STRAIGHT. And also has a ton of processed products that they push, so let's compare apples to apples here.

I am just on the third day now. I bought the 24 day system. I am in a panic right now and sitting outside a parking lot looking up allergic reactions to Advocare. My face and neck have hives and has a burning sensation like sunburn effect. I have done everything I am supposed to be doing but will have to hold off right now. I'm also waiting for my doc to call back.

My guess is you have an allergic reaction to niacin, back off the spark and see what happens:) It's called a niacin flush or something like that, most people have no trouble but some do and get a rash and warm sensation.

My wife "joined" Advocare and started using the product. She told her rep that she had a problem with IBS and was told that would not be a problem. It turned into a big problem, she got so sick after using these products for a week she had to stop. I googles the ingredients and found along with the vitimins and herbal things aseveral interesting ingredients. Enough caffine for 2 cups of coffee, diuretics, and laxitives. There are warnings on the boxes about discontiuing use if you develope diarrhea and to consult a physician. When she asked to return the product for a refund (supposed to be guaranteed) she was told she could only return the unopened boxes. In order for her to get her "membership" $79 back she has to call the company and they will send a form which has to be notorized. Be very careful of this company and their products.

check your niacin intake..there are some products that have high levels and can cause allergic reactions, such as a rash.

People posting negatively about Advocare products have probably never tried them, and certainly probably haven't dont effective research on the product. Advocare lists all ingredients on their products and sends them away to be tested by Informed Choice even though they don't have to! The medical board that designed advocare is made up of a bunch of doctors that know their stuff! One of the doctors who worked on designing the healthy nutrition system for Advocare also designed the nutrition system that keeps people alive while they are on life support! The products work. Their business system works. If you really want to know whether or not you should take the products and whether or not they are safe and effective, this is a question for your doctor as Advocare doesn't make Medical claims.
