My wife had abortion one month ago, today she had her first period, is it safe to have sex after her period and to try to get pregnant again?

For some reader, we didn't do abortion coz we wanted, our baby wasn't developing good and we just didn't want to give our baby hard life or life what every baby wish for it. we just need to stop it, but know we want to try again but we just need to know is it safe after first her cycle to try again.
