Umm, I've having the same problem after every time I masturbate I have a very fast and heavy heartbeats, but when I don't masturbate for about 2 weeks I become good . I'd definitely talk to your doc about getting on a weight loss program - it may/may not affect your vagus nerve issue but it'll prevent high blood pressure and other health problems (diabetes) from setting in....
Guys I been suffering from exactly the same problem almost a year now it didn't go but from me when it happened my heart became slow weak then I think I had few heart attacks (and I eat healthy do sports almost quit smoking changed my whole to the better) but still my heart is too fast sometimes too slow skipping beats hurting from my chest and my back always my belly and side upset because of my heart so please if someone know what exactly to do HELP
