Ok im 13 and after my late night workout i drink one egg with milk is that good or no or does someone reccomened something better to drink after my workout? Thanks for the help. (:

hey sixpack, eggs are not that bad, if you are eating whites only. Cook up 4 egg whites using PAM and eat it with ground pepper and 1 tsp of honey mustard, but better yet would be a casein source of protein eg cottage cheese. Milk is bad, while considered to be a relatively healthy source of protein and calcium, the problem with downing a glass of milk before bed is the lactose content that's found in it that will often keep many people up due to digestive issues. Also lactose is sugar, better replace it with some other source of protein. Hope this helped.
