Hi, can some one please help me. I am 25yrs old. I started masturbating when i was 14. My problem is that when ever i am having sex with my girl, i ejaculate, after the ejaculation my penis cant erect again to go for the second round. When ever i erect, my penis is quick in getting weak even inside the vagina.This has been damaging relationship. Anorther is that i lost my morning erection. I dont know what to do. I m afraid.please i want to know if masturbation is the cause of my weak erection and if there is any remedy for it.please i need your help please.

From my point of view, am not sure this is caused by masturbation. Having sex is kinda psychological, if u think about it all the time that u have a problem, definitely your penis will get weak. So do yourself a favour and stop thinking about. Secondly, reduce your sugar intake. Hope this helps.
