Hello, I need some help with my father’s problem. He is a diabetic and I admit that he is truly a wonderful patient and he listens to every doctor’s advice and order. But still, I am afraid that diabetes will develop in time so I am trying to find some way to help him, maybe some new medication, treatment etc. Can you tell me about the Alpha lipoic acid influence on diabetics?
That acid has proven to be very helpful, not only for diabetics, but for several other conditions. As for diabetes, it supposedly prevents the production of sorbitol, which might cause complications in diabetics. It prevents the occurrence of neuropathies caused by hyperglycemia. But I am not sure how you can acquire that medication, I guess you should consult your father’s doctor.
