my hands and feet are always cold and sometimes they turn blue. When they are exposed to cold temperatures they go slightly numb after awhile and when I go from cold temperatures to warm temperatures they get a somewhat painful prickly sensation.
Hey guys. My father had gone through the same thing, his fingers also turned blue often and it turned out to be a Raynard's disease and therefore, he got the treatment he needed. In your case, we might be talking about anemic cold feet if you are lucky, because it isn't heart related as far as I am informed. You need to go to the hospital and run a test or two concerning this issue. Do it as soon as possible because there is no point in delaying it. Let us know what happens as soon as you make an appointment.
Cold hands and feet may be signs of circulatory problems or hypothyroidism. See a doctor for a diagnosis.
