Please help went to doctors Monday had a really bad. Cramp then it went away an I started bleeding a lot red blood they did ultrasound an said the baby's heart rate is slow then they gave me this shot since I'm rh negative the doctor said its a 50/50 chance wit the baby then later that night I started haveing dark brown old blood an yesterday an today wensday the 8th 2012 I went to the er an they saw no baby no heart beat but my cervix was.closed but my hcg had dropped from 2800 to 1200 an I'm six weeks prego does this mean that I have miscarried e en tho the brown stuff is only there when I wipe now? Someone please help me

I'm not so worried about not hearing the heart beat, or even the ultrasound (unless it was transvaginal). Even then it can be difficult to find either at 6 weeks.
I am a slight bit concerned about the drop in hCG. Normally it continues to rise and this is a significant drop. It should be repeated in a few days. Don't focus on one reading, you really do need multiple readings to determine if there is a problem.
The bright red blood and "really bad" cramps are a concern.
Check with your doctor. The hCG test should be repeated.
